tranelra provides an online travel booking platform that enables users to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, and travel packages using cryptocurrency or traditional card payments. We act as an intermediary between users and travel service providers; actual travel services are fulfilled by third-party providers.
You must create an account to make bookings and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant travel service provider. tranelra accepts major cryptocurrencies (including BTC, ETH, and USDC) as well as standard debit/credit cards; prices are displayed in USD and converted at the prevailing rate at the time of checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network; card payments may be subject to your card issuer's authorisation process.
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the individual travel provider's policy, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction, converted to your preferred supported currency. tranelra's platform fee (if applicable) is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
All content on the tranelra platform — including logos, software, design elements, and written materials — is the exclusive property of tranelra or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You may not use tranelra to engage in any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform's systems, or use automated tools to access the service without our express permission. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
tranelra provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the travel services offered by third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tranelra's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to tranelra in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall tranelra be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.
tranelra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and any pending bookings will be handled in accordance with the relevant provider's policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tranelra is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
